All baristas at Mokha 1450 undergo a rigorous training program and must obtain Specialty Coffee Level accreditation before they are certified and able to prepare coffee for our clients.
Mokha 1450 creates a friendly, relaxed, yet competitive environment where our baristas continuously push each other to enhance their skills and techniques. We frequently benchmark the level of our baristas against world class baristas by competing in, placing highly, and sometimes winning, UAE and International SCA sanctioned, Barista Championship and other coffee competitions.
It is through passion and love for coffee, as well as fostering a continuous learning environment, that the baristas at Mokha 1450 truly honour the farmers whose hard work and determination produced some of the world’s best specialty coffees.
