Yemeni Sabri

This coffee is produced by the extraordinary female farmer, Fatima Khabeer, CEO of the Talok Women’s Coffee Association (TWCA).   TWCA is the world’s first women's cooperative, comprising over 70 farmers.  Mokha 1450 trades directly with TWCA, with another extraordinary woman, Dr. Mervat Haider, responsible for exports.  TWCA is the first in the long and storied history of  Yemen to produce “Specialty” level coffee, and it is only available at Mokha 1450.

A perennial favorite of UAE residents, TWCA’s coffee has won a number of championships, having maintained high cup scores over the years.  The TWCA is also the first cooperative under Mokha 1450’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program that supports women in coffee - the primary founding principle of the brand.
